About the Role
We’re hiring our first Growth Manager to own user acquisition and learning velocity across a small portfolio of consumer and prosumer apps. This is not a “run ads and post content” role.
You’ll be responsible for deciding: What to test, what to ignore, and what to kill.
Resources are finite. Judgment matters more than activity. You’ll work closely with the founder and have real ownership over growth strategy, content, and experimentation. (Meet the founder here).
This position has tremendous upside to learn and grow within an early-stage product studio with ambitious goals and strong financial backing.
Products You’ll Work On
You’ll drive growth across a growing portfolio that includes:
- Fades — Consumer mobile app
- ReScript — Wellness / journaling app
- InvoiceAgent — Prosumer / SMB SaaS
- Cheklist — Productivity app
- BitcoinCanvas — Consumer / prosumer education + data app
Each product has a different audience and growth motion. Knowing when not to reuse the same playbook is part of the job.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own user acquisition across multiple products.
- Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, and content.
- Allocate limited budgets intelligently (initial experiments up to ~$40k).
- Prioritize learning velocity over vanity metrics.
- Decide when to double down vs. shut things down.
Content & Positioning
- Create or guide high-signal content (carousels, one-pagers, short decks, app visuals).
- Use tools like Claude, Figma, Canva and Gamma, Postbridge to ship fast, clear marketing assets.
- Work with founder to refine positioning and messaging.
- Tailor content to the right channel and audience.
Measurement & Judgment
- Define success metrics and kill criteria before launching experiments.
- Track results and communicate clear recommendations.
- Avoid dashboard bloat—focus on signal, not noise.
Cross-Product Thinking
- Decide which products to prioritize first—and why.
- Apply learnings across the portfolio where appropriate.
- Avoid spreading effort thin without conviction.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Multiple growth experiments shipped across at least three products.
- Clear signal on 1–2 channels worth scaling.
- Several ideas killed quickly and intentionally.
- Strong POV on where to focus next and why.
Who You Are
You likely:
- Have experience in consumer, prosumer, or early-stage SaaS growth.
- Think in experiments, not campaigns.
- Are comfortable operating with ambiguity and constraints.
- Have strong intuition for channel–product fit.
- Value clarity, taste, and outcomes over busywork.
You do not need to know every channel. You do need strong judgment and the ability to learn fast.
Compensation & Hiring Process
Compensation: BDT 60,000 – 122,000 per month, based on experience and scope of ownership. Role scope can expand with performance. Equity or upside may be considered for the right candidate.
Process: Candidates will complete a short Growth Manager exercise focused on creating one piece of content per product, allocating a $40,000 growth budget, and explaining prioritization and kill criteria. This exercise mirrors the actual decisions you’ll make in the role.
