Senior Software Engineer
Mangosteen Studio is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to help us ship AI-native products for account executives. We are a small, tight-knit team focused on making a big impact, with lots of flexibility, pure ownership of product, and access to the latest AI tools. We are looking for someone who can move from product thinking to systems design to production code without needing heavy process around them.
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, ADK, agentic loops, harness engineering, and polyglot systems.
- Comfort shipping fast in ambiguous environments with a high bar for product craft and execution quality.
- Clear written thinking, pragmatic judgment, and the ability to own work end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the product loops behind our AI tools, from orchestration to user-facing workflows.
- Design and harden evaluation harnesses so agent behavior can be tested, measured, and improved.
- Work across the stack to turn founder context into shipped software quickly and cleanly.
- Help shape the technical foundation for the next generation of Mangosteen Studio products.

Compensation
৳98,800 - ৳123,600 / month
Equivalent to USD 800 - 1,000 using the Bangladesh Bank USD/BDT reference rate published on July 16, 2026.
Focus
AI product engineering, multi-agent systems, evaluation harnesses, and full-stack product delivery.
Location
Remote role. We are distributed by default and expect strong async communication and ownership.
Structure
Three-month probationary period. Lots of flexibility, pure ownership of product, access to the latest AI tools, and a tight feedback loop around shipping.
Team rhythm
R&D and experimentation budget, monthly get-togethers and dinners, and yearly excursions with the team.

Video Editor
Aspiring Studio is hiring a full-time video editor based in Dhaka to create product demos, launch videos, short-form content, and YouTube assets across a growing portfolio of mobile apps, SaaS products, and digital brands. You will work directly with an ex-Google founder and a fast-moving team, and we are looking for someone who combines strong editing fundamentals, modern design taste, and an AI-native creative workflow.
What you'll create
- Product demos and feature-launch videos for mobile apps and SaaS products.
- App Store, Google Play, website, and social media promotional videos.
- YouTube tutorials, explainers, founder-led videos, and product showcases.
- Short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid ads.
- Screen-recorded walkthroughs with motion graphics, captions, voiceovers, and polished interface animation.
- AI-assisted videos using generated scripts, visuals, voice, animation, and footage.
Responsibilities
- Own the editing process from raw footage or a brief through final delivery.
- Turn product features and complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Edit screen recordings, talking-head footage, voiceovers, stock footage, and AI-generated assets.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and basic visual effects.
- Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios for web, mobile, YouTube, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with the founder, designers, and product teams on concepts, storyboards, and iteration.
- Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, and a fast experimentation workflow with new tools.
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating videos for mobile apps, SaaS products, or technology companies.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to turn interface designs into polished product videos.
- Experience with YouTube content and short-form social formats.
- Strong English communication, reliable internet access, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Applicants must be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
AI-native mindset
We want someone who already uses AI, or is eager to master it, across scripting, storyboarding, asset generation, captioning, cleanup, rough cuts, and iteration. Tools may include Claude, Google Vids, generative image and video platforms, AI voice and music tools, and modern collaborative design systems like Figma. What matters most is strong taste, fast learning, and good creative judgment.
