/ About the role

Mangosteen Studio is a small, focused AI product lab building for account executives. We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer who can move from product thinking to systems design to production code without needing heavy process around them.

You will have lots of flexibility, direct ownership of product, access to the latest AI tools, and a tight feedback loop around shipping useful products with a high bar for craft.

What we're looking for

• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, ADK, agentic loops, harness engineering, and polyglot systems.
• Comfort shipping quickly in ambiguous environments with a high bar for product craft and execution quality.
• Experience designing dependable APIs, data models, background workflows, and user-facing product experiences.
• Clear written thinking, pragmatic judgment, and the ability to own work end-to-end.
• Strong async communication and the ability to turn loose context into concrete technical decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the product loops behind our AI tools, from orchestration to user-facing workflows.
• Design and harden evaluation harnesses so agent behavior can be tested, measured, and improved.
• Work across the stack to turn founder and customer context into shipped software quickly and cleanly.
• Build reliable integrations, data pipelines, and application infrastructure.
• Improve performance, observability, security, and maintainability as products grow.
• Help shape the technical foundation for the next generation of Mangosteen Studio products.
